Is it me?

Hi All,

It has been suggested that in order to contact owners about Urbanizacion information that we collate contact addresses and Buzon Numbers which would be a great
advantage when information notices or letters need to be sent out. 
One of the problems is that in some cases  plot numbers are still being used and there is no accurate list to cross reference , therefore some people are getting missed when there is information required to be passed on.  These details will be purely for the use of the Residents committee and will not be shared with anyone
else.  If anyone would like to pass on there details, the information which would be helpful : Name, House Number and Street, Buzon Number, E-Mail address, Spanish
Tel Number, Tel Number outside Spain, Contact Address outside Spain.

PLEASE PASS ON ONLY THE INFORMATION YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE GIVING,

Hi Everybody

Thanks to everyone who has sent me details,  I am busy putting the information together in the form of a database so it is easy to cross reference your address
and buzon numbers with plot number, instead of having to manually work our way through sheets.


I will try to answer everyone personally but sorry if I miss anyone,

 If you have already given these details thank you.  We do have the original list but owners here are changing all the time and it is easier
to ask everyone, than try to work out who we don`t have.

At the moment the committee are trying to gather together a workable set of rules for the community,

There is a 1st draft of rules at the moment going round the urbanization for people`s comments and objections.  Committee member Norman in the UK has been
e-mailing the draft rules to the contact e-mails he has in the UK,   but if there is anyone who has not seen a copy yet please e-mail me.

These rules will be discussed and debated at the next AGM/EGM
