Hi All,

New to this great forum and have learned so much from everyones posting so firstly a big thanks.

We are buying a 1st floor apartment in Jardines 9 and due to complete on 11th July.

Just received an email from our solicitor saying he has not received any of the legal documents etc for completion and that no one will answer his emails at PW.

Does anyone have the contact email address and telephone number for completions please.

Also the bank for our mortgage, which is not CAM, are trying to arrange to value the apartment, they were told on the 13th June to ring back in 2 weeks as it is not ready yet. Getting very nervous about the completion date.

I have read that others have received completion packs, we have received nothing. Any advice would be welcomed

Hi - this is the number that is on the bottom of my email that i received with all the completions papers (utilities, community, Title deeds to check,etc). The woman that sent me this was Ana but obviously there is more than her in the completions department.

I have rang 4 times today and no one will answer the phone in completions.

I do but never have had a response from her. I have always contacted Camilla in customer services and she has always come back to me with info or got the right person to ring me direct.

We have dealt with Silvia as well throughout the completion arrangements.  She has been fantastic - I couldn't dial international calls from my office phone, but if I e-mailed her she would ring me straightaway.  She was very helpful at every stage - I think you are right that each buyer is allocated someone from the Completions Department and they look after you.  Some of them are obviously better than others!

We also had problems with the Bank's valuer not being able to get access to carry out the valuation but again that sorted itself out eventually - albeit at the eleventh hour.  In our case everything came together in the end, but it was very much at the last minute, and not until I had wound myself into a frenzy worrying that things were not going to be sorted out in time.  Good luck!
