Dear Ms Alinek,
Further to your enquiries the other day, I can confirm the following:
1) The gardeners have been informed about the trees over the paddle courts and have been instructed to cut them back.
2) The painting of the building. I spoke to Sandra, the Administrator of AEA who confirmed that we have a huge snagging list which needs to be done by Ros y Falcon before finishing.
What I ask of you is that you send me an email about the painting of the building so that I have it in writing. I have started a list of things that owners are asking to be done before the urbanization is 'completed'.
I am sorry but the computer sent my email and I hadn't finished...
As I started to say, I have a list of things owners would like done. I will be going around with the heads of our company and a representative of Ros y Falcon to make note of everything when the time comes. If I have all of the complaints / requests in writing, it shows that we are all taking an interest.
At the same time, I ask that you mention the same to your fellow property owners. Please ask them to email me any concerns so we can compile a solid list to present to the developers.
