Have just heard of Pauline and Trevor Pinder who have moved in to their apartment and are offering all sorts of help to other apartment owners. Think this could be very useful to many of us. Can let you have their email address if you want.

yep, they are helping look after our apartment. not met them myself yet, but my parents say they are nice people.
