Completion garden 7

Hi there PW tried to make contact with us this weekend without success and we tried today to speak to them  but no joy Has anyone else had a call and given a completion date We are in Huddersfield and buying a 3 bed Chris and Liz

we are also buying on Jardin 7 and got call few weeks ago to say that our completion date was 14 Aug (we are in the canaries then!) so have gone POA with solicitors - have not heard anything since but have been told that should receive documentation through around three weeks before completion is due to happen.  If I have not heard anything will get on to them at the end of this week.

Whereabouts are you on Jardin 7, we are J0786 - just up from the pool, two bed apt and cannot wait to get over to have a look around, hoping to go over in September for a quick look and have booked flights for  mid term week (we are in Ireland so mid term end of October).

We have been given the 14th August also but believe that things can go very slow in August as Spain practically shuts down! Therefore preparing ourselves for a later date. We are J0689 and J0690.

We have now got a date for August 28th and have been assured by PW that the habitation cert will be ready at the same time we are in jo711 We also got a good deal with currency direct It is a real cut throat business but we dealt one off against the other and played them at their own game W e will not be over until September 13th so will use POA
