It's been a slow week

Jack was due over last week to assess course and give go ahead for seeding. Does anyone know if this happened?

Was over in Condado over the weekend, completing sucessfully in Jardin 2.

I had a brief chat with one of our new neighbours who'd been over for a week or so (living in their apartment) and they mentioned that they'd seen Jack N being escorted around during the middle part of last week - so he was there. 

The course is obviously still under the stages of completion - but you can see the grass coming through on the 1st few holes....  I've no idea how long it would take to establish properly, but you can see it starting to come together..

Congrats on your completion we also completed on 11th July on Jardine 2.  We were there at the end of June and Jardine 2 looked a bit messy and unfinished and the grass patchy and brown in places how was it when you were there?

Yes - the grass was still a bit brown and patchy and definitely not a nice as some of the other gardens (esp. 11,12 and 13).  It wasn't too bad though, and I'm sure it'll improve relateively quickly... 

The pool was full, but not yet in use - reps said that there small problem with the filter but it was due to be open in the next few days.  There were 3 or 4 other apartments on the Jardin occupied.. 

We're back out in mid August - heopfully to get things sorted then.

Nice to hear that jardin 2 is being occupied. We completed by POA last week on our apartment. Looking forward to coming back over sometime in october and hopefully deb might be able to come over for a lengthy stay as she recovers froms surgery before the end of the year. Look forward to meeting the neighbours.
