Large quantity of baby boy clothes

Hi all, new to the site.  Have just taken ownership of my poperty in Jardin 13, and have been staying here for the last week.  We have all utilities, pretty well moved in, and air-con working! Have had a great week (myself and my son), it is very quiet, but starting to pick up.  Have used the tennis courts - although they have since closed them.

Think there are about 10 properties occupied on 13, a few more on 12 and some on 11 and 10.

I've just signed for J13 too. 
Well my solisitor did as I couldn't make it over myself (POA). 
Looking forward to heading over properly as was only there to do the snagging, 
although it probably won't be until Sept before we get there.
So how is the garden and everything looking?
Have to say, I was impressed with it and can't wait to spend some quality time there.

Hope your having a good time, I completed and was out last week, looking good I must say.  I am moving out permanantly middle of August so look forward to meeting all my new neighbours.  Take care and good luck with everything
