No Water

Hi Can anybody tell me have they had a problem with their water today.  We are in the UK but out guests have told us they have had no water all day (Block 17) apparently another Block is affected too.  There has been a problem today but I just wondered has anybody's water who may have been affected come back on now.  (This is assuming that you may have an internet access whilst in  Spain)

If its still not on tell them to go to the AEA office in block 11 I think, open till about 1400, if its closed AEA has an office in Duquesa Port at the side on the left just b4 the archway, they are on the 1st floor I think. 

They will need to say in Spanish - no mi tengo aqua en bloque diez seite - spelling may be incorrect but it will sound okay.

Thanks to those who posted.  It came on today and was off for a full 24 hours.  We still don't know the cause of it but they left the site last night knowing there was still a problem and not informing anyone.  It has taken alot of phone calls to Spain to get it sorted out.  Apparently the lifts are still not working either.  It's so frustrating.

Sorry to hear about the water problem.  We have guests in block 19 but they have not contacted us.

I spoke to Natalia about the lift istaution and she said there is a telephone fault so if someone got stuck in lift they could not ring anyone.  I too am frustrated as we advertise this in our listing and it is not working.  We had a problem with the satalitte too which was down to wriring but has now just been fixed.  If you contact AEA about the lifts hopefully we will get the fault fixed asap.

Recently returned from a short break in DV we did not have water to our apartment on the last day, (Thursday 24th) this problem only impacted a couple of blocks ours (17) being one. We also had the problem with the lifts, but this did not spoil our break we had great weather and all in all a great time the development looks better and better each time we visit and it is nice that we now have some neighbours and meeting with nice people around the pool. The lifeguard was very helpful in retrieving sunbeds that were being selfishly reserved by individuals who certainly did not return in the time we were there.

Any recommendations for marble floor cleaners as this is something we have not got round to doing?
