The simple answer is NO!!!  You have to buy and put your lights up including the outside ones.

Oh my gosh,  we thought they if anything would be included.  Do you think it would be against the rules if my Husband did them Stonephil?
Did everyone realise this.

On our visit in early July, Andrea the PW rep said that PW would be supplying the outside lights for the fronts of the properties, so they would all have a uniform look. We were stood in Jardine 5 when she said it  and I was pointing right up to the bare wire sticking out on the front wall. I've posted this somewhere before in a thread that's been shuffled off the bottom of the screen !

I know this totally contradicts stonephil, but that's what I was told .....

Yea thats what we were told originally back in April. 
However when we were out in July there was not a single apartment with outside lights other than the show aprtment garden. 
I have asked again and been told No lights.
We are over in September and geting our own and putting them up

We are actually in the same garden as the show apartments and do not have outside lights - or at least they weren't there when we did our snagging on 2nd June.  We specifically asked and were told that they were definitely not included.

But what is strange is that I have now looked back on the photos we took in March when we went to view the show apartments.  We were able to work out which were our two apartments from across the other side of the pool and took photos of them, zooming in on the individual apartments.  On those photos, the terracotta lights outside seem to be in place.  But in June there were just bare wires which means that they must have gone along and taken down all the outside lights!!!

We have already bought outside lights which have now been packed up and shipped off!  The debate seems to be ongoing as to whether the lights are included or not, but we are working on the basis that they weren't in place on 2nd June which was the day before our arranged completion date and we were told that they would not be included.  

Mmm, it doesn't look good then does it.

We did discuss the sale of the show apartments with the very same Andrea in July.  She confirmed that not only did they take all the furniture out, they also took the internal lights down, which I thought was very mean. And now the external ones as well !

We completed 18th July in Jardin 2 - NO outside lights were there.  

Have just placed an order with Illucom lighting to install internior and exterior lights.  they advised that they've already fitted 6 different apts in Condado and had to supply and Fit Externals to each and every one - so it doesn't seem that PW have supplied any at all - which is what I'd previously been told by PW.   

I also noticed when I walked around all of the Jardines the weekend of our completion that quite a few people had fitted externals at that time...  they all seemed fairly dffierent in style, so there was certinly no conformity evident.

I saw the terracota lights that were installed on the show apartments and have to say that hey weren't greae.  A plain-ish white light seems to blend in much better..  although you do of course have to by them yourself !

Illucom seem very good - efficient service, they supply and fit themselves and they're all exceelent English speakers.
