Playing around!

Don't know if anyone else has noticed but in the latest edition of A Place in the Sun magazine (October) they are promoting their website where you can find properties for sale.  The article is on pages 24-25 "What in the world can you by for £100,000?"  And the very first property is one at Santa Ana!!  I can't include the thread in full as I haven't made 10 posts but you should find the website easily enough followed by /property/view/202929 should get you there!

Do they know something we don't??!!

Also of interest is the price - around £104k in the magazine, £106 on the web.  It also states the status as "resale property" but appears to be a general off plan offer.

I will be contacting them to find out if they are aware of the current unsettled situation out there.  Whilst I do want my house and remain optimistic, surely such a well regarded programme/magazine should not be promoting properties there until the situation is resolved?

Has anyone else noticed this?

i did and have asked for details. once i find the agent out i will be telling what a bunch of w....kers they are

There are many people anxious to prop up the Spanish property market at this moment beware !

not sure if everyone knows but agents pay per lead received with www.aplaceinthesun.com.

why not send enquiry and it will hopefully cause the agent some severe problems

That would be shame trying to flog a development they clearly know is going no where

will not get you any money back but at least you can ensure the agent gets hit in the goolies and will not try it again

What about booking some free viewing trips with them...

perhaps it is tony and brian mags who have set this up with place in the sun?
