For those that have not seen this...

We are writing to update you on the matter with the latest news:
 

Today (9th July 2008) the "concursos" have been published in the BOE (official bulletin).

That is why from today the timeframe to communicate the credits is running.

According to Spanish Law the deadline to communicate the credits expires on 1st September 2008, although we consider it safer (and more appropriate to speed the matter up) to communicate the credits before the end of July 2008. Please note that Commercial Courts (which are dealing with the "concursos") are closed during the month of August. 
 
Please note that this is the final group email that will be sent and has been done so to inform all those on our initial distribution list.  If you have already confirmed your situation you do not need to respond again.

Just to clear this up.....is this for Herrada or San Jose or for both administrations please?

I'd assume both, this ties in with what we were trying to say on the update thread, people must not wait until it's too late to have their documentation presented in front of the courts, regardless or IWMH or not. August basically the whole country shut's down and it'll be too late if people miss the window of opportunity to register their claim. I don't want to make it sound as though we are 'know-it-alls'. far from it but i do know the impact a month off does to business over here, October is when it's starts to get back to normal and by then the reports will be back in from the Administrators.

Its ok i am personally represented so have no panic.  I am now though trying to seperate San Jose from the other company so forgive me if i start to pick up on the distinction from now.
