Parador can not help the world market slow down driven by the mess in the US,
Taray cannot help the local government not issuing the LFO.
You must still be in the UK we are all great out here yes there is a delay with things but why would you get a licence for something that has not been completed, when it is it will be issued.
Would you have them giving the LFO and then the builder not completing the site, How would you then getting them to return and to complete, the local government are looking after your interests by not being led down that path.
When we first signed for the property and gave our 3.000euros we knew the site had to be completed before the LFO's would be issued by the local government
We have signed and have our deeds and free hold for our property the LFO will come in time so stop being miserable and come out and enjoy your self

hi pete sorry if i upset you when i gave our deposit nobody told us about lfo until july 30 yes house great builder is but it is easy for you out there telling me not to be miserable you no nothing about why i was upset we might have to wait up to 2 years to get it and my husbanb has to go into hospital for a month and then cannot fly for 6 months he just wanted to see it before he went if we was told like you at the start we would of had a chose yes when we get out there we will enjoy ourself and today i am much more happier we have slept on it and yes we are lucky to be alive from shani

some people never really experienced words from compulsive liars, my story is too long to go into but some members on this sites are probably moles working for Taray, parador and god knows who. These comments shouldn't offend members and if they do maybe they are guilty of something. Look on the link under the heading Where is the pool? see what you think.
I worked damn hard for my money and to make a terrible mistake buying the lies and inconvienence is too much hard work. Who don't like will just have to ignore the thread.

Taray sell poorly finished properties full of hidden extra and missing facilities!! They have cheated us out of our money that we have worked hard for over the years and when you get to a certain age you dont expect someone to dupe you out of it.
I have heard that someone did manage to get a lump sum back when they cancelled does anyone know if its true and what money they got back??

Poorly Finished? Ours was fine and the minor snags were fixed. I have never heard anyone say that their place was poorly finished before. What was wrong with yours?

Poorly finished.....please explain.
We are delighted with the standard and quality of finish. Having looked at many other developments, I feel that HSC (when completed) will be one of the best in the area.
And before anyone starts, we are wanting all the facilities promised to be delivered, but sometimes in Spain it is not as straight forward as you may think.
Why is it ALWAYS negative comments on this site ?

Some people are not telling the truth on this page if you do not have a property and or have pulled out for your own reasons please do not try and blame any one but your selves Taray may not be perfect but I have no complaints why not look at yourselves and see if you did not contribute to your down falls

Anyone been swimming in the newly built pools yet or played any tennis? Or if its not quite finished yet are there any updates on how well the excavation works for pool are going on. Pete have you got any progress photos of the sports site please? would you post them please so all the folks in the UK can monitor the progress exciting times for all

I agree wit WIDDS, where is the pool, leisure centre etc. Maybe some of us are blind and we can't see properly. Some of us have very young children so we are not as mobile as others so there is a reason why we purchase a property with the pool etc. and pay over the odds for it. Yes the finish is good I shan't disagree on that even though parador or parasite as I've viewed them only showed me one property . After complaining I was shown 1 poorly finished property. I was taken to the bank where an application for a mortgage was made without my knowledge, i was in a state of shock. I 've explained my situation to parador that I can only afford 20% deposit and another 10% in the following year, the sales person said that it was ok and when the time come, he will negotiate on our behalf (bullshit). In the end my friend and I had to write to the MD and explained the situation as one of us would have to pull out.
They thought we were buying together but we were buying individually, I gave them 1 extra client and commission. We were promised too much and received little.

Vindaloo, I'm truly amazed that someone of your obvious inteligence (it shines through in your posts) could be taken to a bank and make an application for a mortgage without even realising it!!! Did you leave your common sense in the UK? And why on earth would you buy something which you thought was poorly finished? It would appear that your gripes are with Parador - your agent - rather than Taray.
We had a wonderful agent, (not Parador) we also instructed our own independent solicitor and have had no problems at all.
I wish everyone luck in their purchases especially if they bought here without even realising it.

No i DIDN'T LEAVE MY COMMON SENSE IN THE UK. I didn't say that the finish was poor either, I was taken to a viewing where the property was poorly finished as a comparison to Taray build. when I initially viewed the quad villa in san cayetano I was impressed (please get that one right). Unfortunately I got very carried away (under statement) after viewing the houses.
Obviously Parador made an application whilst I was staying in their 5 star complex without my knowledge. we were told that we might as well open a bank account whilst in spain which I didn't think was a problem. It was only whilst I was in the bank the spainish cashier told me that my mortgage was approved. I thought i heard wrong and maybe i should have scream and shout like a lunatic.
My problems weren't just witrh parador, taray were no better but its along story and can be percieved to be biased but lets hope the pool etc. is going to be built whilst most of us are alive and well to use it.
yes i must have shit my brains out whilst on the inspection trip plus the nice weather didn't help, i was well carried away and no this is not an excuse to get out of it its about what was sold to us on the day.
lol I WAS AN IDIOT AT THE TIME, THAT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN.

Can we all be diplomatic on this matter,it doesnt matter if you live here fulltime , part time or what ever,we are all in the SAME BOAT.

I sure was rushed by a bunch of sharks, but one letter to the MD sorted out everything. Having said that sharing my bad experience with the public , as in eye on spain subscribers/members has caused individual to become nasty. I thought sharing good and bad experience wouldn't be such a problem, but i guess you are not allowed to make a mistake which was rectified after a strong letter was sent to Parador's MD. I did enjoy the trip but I've realised now when people keep you busy and entertained at all time, time passed so quick you feel as if you've haven't had time to think properly. As mentioned before the sun didn't help, everyday was a nice day without any rain so you kinda of feel on a buzz 24/7.
As for the bickering, I'll leave that to the intelligent individuals out there to do, and i m sincere about this comment because I am coming across as thicker than 2 thick planks.
