reposession of my Apt

Hi there

I am Leighs partner, my name is Sandra, prefer San.
Ive not "chatted" to anyone on here before, would love to get to know you, you sound like a great bunch of people.
Not quite sure what to start chatting about, im quite shy when it comes to getting to know new people.

Leigh is in Spain now, flew out this eve, checking the snagging and completing on Thursday.

We have flights booked for Dec 22nd, over for Christmas and New Year, so would be really nice if i could get to know neighbours via eye on spain and if anyone over when we are, meet up for drinks.

Be nice to hear back from some of you.

Which garden have you bought on?

My advice would be to go through all the threads there is tons of useful information shared between us.

This forum has been fantastic for getting information and advice from other people and I am so looking forward to going out there and meeting everyone. Not sure when we are going out again yet just waiting to complete, have organised our mortgage and furniture and cant wait to go and try it all out.

Good luck with completion, I bet you wish you were over with Leigh now but hay December will soon be hear. I assume you are spending Christmas at Condado? If so I am jealous already, the first Christmas will be excellent with all the new friends you will soon have from the forum and those you have still to meet. Have you sorted your furniture or is that still to be done? Is it just the two of you going out in December? How long are you going for? Have you bought it as a holiday home or are you thinking of moving out or are you renting it our? The question could go on but I will stop for now and just say good look and we look forward to meeting you both in the future.

Welcome to the forum.  I agree we all thats been said. This forum has helped me so much over the last 15months and I will admit     (and I'm sure alot of people will agreee)  I registered but took a little time before I was brave enough to actually post anything!  
Some are wacky
Some are funny                 But we all have something in common and that is the start of something new!!!!

Welcome, welcome,welcome, when you go to Condado you will not have time to be shy, hopefully there will be lots of get.....togethers as ice breakers for everyone to meet up. The Jackie's, Scapa and the rest of us women along with Shampers, Golfinjim and many more have established an online club called "Girls Gold Buggy Club"  otherwise known as the Golden Girls
 reinvented. Join in with this thread and I am sure you will make lots of buddies/friends. Hope everything goes well for Leighs visit at Condado and when you visit in December.  Hubby and I are over until the 24th Dec, so maybe catch up with you then.

Welcome to the forum.  It is full of good (and useless) information.  I'm sure the members on here can help resolve any questions you have.

It does take time to get an understanding of this site, but seems you've taken first steps as now you yourself are contributing to it.  You'll always find a warm welcome on here from all - Even those Ladettes sorry ladies with a gold golf buggy.

Love the sound of the GOLD GOLF BUGGY GIRLS.

We are in garden 12, completing tomorrow.  Leigh going over sometime in November with a mate to take furniture, cant wait for that, will get my spare bedroom back. we have been buying as we see what we like and storing it at home.

We are going over 23rd Dec for christmas and new year staying in Condado.
It has been bought for rental for a few years and we are hoping to eventually move over in about 6-8yrs time.
Retire in the sun......well  thats the plan for now
