Even if you have had your air-con up and running this summer, before leaving your apartment, try and turn it on to heat........even if you think everything will be working, it might not!
Let it run for about thirty minutes and see if the air is blowing cold outside and warm inside.
Nobody wants to be cold should they occupy the property during the winter months!
Just a little test, but worth it!!
