Surely you have been in touch with Almu by now and have a perfectly logical explanation for all  of this confusion and misunderstanding   !!!!!!!  or aren't they answering the phones !!!!!!!! 
I trust you are still affecting the outcome of all of this in a positive way .
Give me a shout when you have got my money back for me or when my house is finished either will do  .

i am so pleased that you have missed me. I thought I made it very clear that I have had a PC failure and hve very limited access whilst at work. Never mind I have bought a new lap top, with blue ray disc drive, HD screen etc and I am just getting the drives so that i can get onto the web with it. So in a couple of days I should be back in action, I bet you are pleased as it will give you something to react to.

Hi Tony, welcome back to electro housing land.

My soilicitor has indicated the end of September as a date to have a decision from the administration, which in Spain time will probably be mid October.

Does your legal chap have the same kind of timescale?

Following on from the administration process what would be SARC's plan from there, what contingencies and reduction in exposure do your members want to achieve, is there a game plan at all?

Im not sure that the original idea of business as usual with the current climate is any good, i would be really nervous if a house of mine was ready to buy when the rest of a site, as huge as sadm was still to be developed.
