I too was over late last week and have posted some pics which are similar to yours. I have a few more but they kinda duplicate, so i havent uploaded those.
We signed at the Notary on Friday 25th which was a fairly painless exercise, we were only there c1.30hrs and our Solicitor was very good.
We did a quick snag, which, with the form the Developers give you, is quite comprehensive and easy to use. From what we saw, we were impressed with the quality of the workmanship and found few snags (cosmetic), although the electricity wasnt connected.
The landscaping in the general areas is coming along as well.
The only eyesore is Phase 3, which you have to come through to get to Phase 1 and 2. From what i saw, another 6 months will see a big difference to the site though.
I cant wait wait for our furniture to delivered in a couple of weeks from Villapac so we can see the finsihed article!
A big thank you to Gary and Yvonne Brown for letting us rent their Penthouse for 2 nights and their help with snagging now and in the future. Having someone on-site to help is a big comfort to us.
