hi folks im just in the process of buying on hacienda and came across an article at  spanishpropertyinsight .

it says that they are putting the golf course up as collateral  againt thier new loans.

has anyone else heard anything about this or have any views on it ?


also on a side note anyone got any idea how many appartments are still available @ hasienda?

I obtained a list from the HQ of properties still for sale in August and there were around 150.
