I was told by a friend of mine that they had received a letter stating the completion dates for the phase one Esthers is the end of October. Does anyone else know about this or anything different?
Thanks Izzy

Hi Izzy,
The information we have received from the sales office at Cleyton Ges is that the Esthers on Phase 1 will be completed and are expected to be handed over from the construction company to the developer at the end of October 2008.
I would advise that you contact your agent for more information especially if you have a property on Phase 1.
Regards
Mandy

I´m told that the pools with the Esther houses are not handed over with water in them.
Can the pool be filled from the tap so the pool can be used? Want to enjoy the thing after all this time!!!

Hi Everyone
I am new to posting on this forum ,although I have been looking at it for months now,but until now was only a voyer.
We are on Phase 1 and our agent has sent us a copy of a letter that has been stamped stateing that the Phase 1 propertys will be ready to hand over at the end of October.Although we have not had a completion date as yet!
So we have now booked to come out to Spain the middle of October ,we cannot wait!!
We will all meet up then we hope!!

It's not normal for pools to come with water as standard as far as i know, we had to order the water in by tanker for the initial fill as it is illegal to fill pools with drinking water over here, as you can imagine we dont have a lot of rain ( except for this week ) and pools are regarded by most spaniards as a luxury and to be seen to be filling our pools with precious drinking water would be considered a sin. Its also not advisable to leave a pool without water in it for to long, its the weight of the water that helps to keep the structure of the pool from suffering fractures, also the tiles can start to come off if left dry too long, I learnt this lesson the hard way a few years ago to my cost. So if this is not a stupid question how do you get it filled up - the pool i mean!
Also then from what you say how do i know how long the pools been empty and/or how do i know my pool works properly?
All sounds very complicated to me!!! Thought life was supposed to be easy......

My pool guy sorted everything out for me, ordered the water which came by tankers and then made sure the pool was in good working order and the water was treated with the correct chemicals. Chingo

Hi Chingo and izzy,
What you say about the water situation is correct Chingo, this does have to be delivered. We do have all the information you need on this matter , if you wish to contact us direct , or you will be able to pick up a leaflet from the show house which will answer most of your questions for you.
