Hi. Has anyone purchased at Santa Ana for investment purposes ?
We have an Azucena due for completion in March 2008, and would be grateful for any advice on the best way to capitalize on our returns.
Also, we are planning to use the property ourselves, 3 - 4 times a year, along with our families.
Is anyone else doing the same, and if so, we could perhaps do a deal with the sharing of each others property, when families require accommodation too ?
Any suggestions about buying the furniture for the property would be appreciated too.
We've researched the internet, and alot of the companies doing packages, appear to be quite expensive, and I'm sure we could do it cheaper ourselves.
Could even take our own furniture over, as I have a Peugeot Boxer van, and could drive there ! Any thoughts ?
