We are all on the same side??

Hi all, 
Just been reading through the latest threads and have come to to the decision that all the bad feeling and bad mouthing each other has to stop. At the end of the day we are all entitled to our own opinion and should be able to voice these without receiving a tirade of abuse.

I do want my money back as do many others and some want their houses. All our circumstances are different. Hopefully in the very near future we will know the outcome of this dreadful situation. My dream has passed now and i am trying to look to the future. The whole situation is out of our hands. Good luck to everyone.

Unfortunately this is not the case . If it was we could be united but when SARC are taking their instructions from the very people who have conned  and done us harm how can we possibly be united .  Getting any kind of good outcome from this criminal mess is going to be difficult but when people are playing right into the hands of the wrong doers we have no chance .Think on all the advice we have had from the lawyers reminding us the builders and admin do not have the best interest of current purchasers at heart why would anyone play right into their hands or believe them any more not even their own shareholders trust them anymore  it is madness.My problem is not with anyone who wants their house my problem is with anyone stupid enough to take advice from a crooked builder and then pass it off to others  as good  sound advice .

Well said JA have thought for some time that there are forum members with hidden agenda's agree with all you say. We may all be in the same mess caused by SJ/HdT but from some of the postings over the last months we are not all on the same side.

Hi All,
           I haven't posted much lately as have been busy at work and at home but I have to respond and state catagorically that neither Tony nor myself are anything other than purchasers who are in the same boat like all of us. The only difference is that we decided to try and get a positive outcome. we like the majority do not have a BG to fall back on if the company goes into liquidation, and because of that we started SARC if only people actually read the aims on our website they would see that we said that in the first instance we would try and get our properties and only if that was not possible then we would go for the money.
       We have helped others whose main objective was to try and get their money back and were not members but when they asked for help in finding a solicitor or if they were on the creditors list we gave them information that would be of use in their objectives without asking anything in return or with any  conditions attached. We also respect the wishes of the people who joined in the campainge and joined SARC and kept their names confidential as well as we said we would.
          I do get fed up with the bickering as it is always seems to be personal attacks on either myself or Tony ask yourselves why would some people do that? When I do not personally attack people on the site Maybe thay are fed up with The developer but why attack someone who is no different than they are and the only connection to the developer is that we have put our money down as deposits on our house.

Brian  just like the Bankers and short sellers you and Tony do not know the damage you have done or perhaps you do . 
I suppose you are still going to insist that despite the Global Banking and economic crisis there are a queue of Banks and financial institutions clambering over each other to lend to SJ /HdT  I don't think so ! if they have managed to get anything at all which I doubt  it wont be much and certainly not enough to secure and pay for  the outstanding cost of licenses etc  let alone pay for supplies or start building in any big way .My guess if they have been able to raise anything at all  it  wont be   much  no more than 3 mil tops not enough and at what cost .Probably at uncontrollable  or unmanageable levels of interest . Don't know why I am even bothering to reply to you as you are still in your own personal little bubble,oh what a bang when it finally bursts !
