Fair enough Barry - I've read your comments (I can't lip-read on a forum) carefully as I feel you should read mine and then you might be able to appreciate that a forum is a place for discussion.  Please read my comments on the Corvera thread carefully as the statements that you are making are false.  As are your other assumptions. 
If you feel that a few comments made on a forum will be enough to cripple a developer,  well I can see that I'm in the wrong place for a sensible debate.
  This will be the last comments that I make on any of these forums - I don't feel that arguing and personal insults are going to help anyone. 

as stated in my earlier post i have no wish to see calidona fail as i have a vested interest in phase 4 , as for as people who purchased for investment are concerned some you win and some you LOOSE that is the nature  of investment there are no guarantees .
the FACT still remains we were told the hotel would be started and to my knowledge this has not happened , the commercial center has not been started all this was promised by calidona .
without these facalaties roda is not the 5 star resort i was promised non of this takes into account the 2 year delay .
will the hotel be built ? who knows 
will the commercial center be built ? who knows 
the one thing i do know is that i will be asked to complete on a resort that as we speak does not have the facalaties that were advertised in the promotional literature .
i will just pose the question would you pay for a BENTLEY AND TAKE DELIVERY OF A FIAT with the possability but no guarantee of a free upgrade at some time in the future at the dealers discretion ?? 
the position of its ok i will rent it out to cover costs untill the market picks up with all due respect take a reality check that is highly unlikely to happen .
i personally believe that roda is a great product with a good location hence we bought there !! however i did not expect 2 year delays and facalaties not being built  !! 
none of this is negative towards the roda development merly towards calidona who in my opinion have are not delivering as promised .we should try to deal with FACT and looking at the situation through rose tinted glasses will not help or change the situation .

This is really an apology for Mr Unhappy. I will put it on the Covera site.

It refers to my earlier post on this thread. At the time I was fed up listening to all the down sides of our investments in Roda because even with all the downsides I just love the place.  We, who have been caught up in the world financial collapse which may mean we cannot afford to complete will have to address the problem when completion becomes a reality.  Hopefully Calidona may offer some options to us.  Maybe not.  However I am going to stay optimistic.

My apology is for the first sentence/remarks to Mr Unhappy.  It was childish and I apologise. I know your posts are of concern to others. My remark has bothered me ever since I sent it. Sorry.
