This may not answer your question fully, but we bought most of our bedding, including duvets, over here, apart from pillows (which were from Ikea, but the wrong size for our standard pillowcases - doh !!). The main reason for doing so is that the bedding was cheaper here & due to the amount you will have to buy to accommodate spares sets etc....... Anyhoo, I can vouch that if the spanish pillows that came free with the beds are anything to go by.... Long sausage type things !!!! The duvets may well be slightly different too.
