UTILITY CHARGES?

Hi everyone 

Just noticed that we have had money taken from our spanish bank account for what we presume are connection charges. The sum involved is 196,55 euros under description of Expediente Urbaser,s.  Does this mean the PW have just applied for the utility connections or could it mean that its already been connected. Aso would these charges be include both water and electric or just water? I'm sure someone has the answer to this and a warning to keep an eye on your bank accounts as you dont know what's coming next!

Yes: I put a post on about this. Your water meter has been connected Urbaser is the water company. You will get a bill every two months for water usage on meter. Post is under water and electric (i think)

Thanks for the reply Tyneside 2 and telling us its a bill for the water meter  but does this mean the water is now connected. Has anyone had the electric meter connected yet or is it still on builders supply?

I asked about utility connection when I was staying at my apartment last week.  The girl in the site delivery office (white portakabin) said that water meters were progressively being installed, but there was no timetable for electricity meter connection.
