All,

Just getting around to sorting out insurance.  I remember that others have said that the PW/Zurich quote is competative so will probably go with this. One question. Is 300K of public liability enough if your renting?

Hi Phil,

Probably not - but when you get the policy itself, the public liability section is limited to 150,000 euros per victim, which is almost certainly not sufficient.  We are in the process of trying to get top up Public Liability cover.

Hi All
Just received an e mail from Mary Pellandra at Parador Properties insurance asking if we would like insurance from MAPFRE cheaper than Zurich. Replied we would rather have the 1500Euros we were promised on completion!!!
