My wife & I noticed amongst all the excitement of seeing our 1st floor apartment at the end of August, that our entrance terrace has a water exit that could just pour onto downstairs's patio area.
Can see that would not help neighbour relations!!!!!
However, on a photo posted by paulhill308 I think about 21st Sept., there is a gutter collector & pipework to divert the excess water into the ground, does anyone know if this is a PW idea or just the owners?
My wife would like to know, what are the kitchen worktops made of?

Our biggest fear since completing has been our neighbour below blocking up the pipe. No need to worry, when we arrived back this time they had done a really nice job with the guttering. Time to relax now !

Just ordered ours from Barry and he is going to put guttering up in November. He is on his way to UK soon and can only get this type of guttering in UK to he is taking orders now

If you have a 3 bedroom I think you should add it to you list as there seems to be a lot of rain at the moment ,plus upstairs when they clean there patio the water comes running down your wall!!! Not a good design by PW

your ok s as you are upstairs, no need to worry about water running down your wall as it is only the 3 bedroom. Hope to see you the weekend as we are flying out tomorrow
