All those paying AEA by direct debit should check their bank accounts

On 2nd October AEA correctly debited my account with the quarterly service charge.

On 31st October the incorrectly debited me again with an amount nearly 3 times as much.

We will like to apologies. It has been a mistake, instead of sending the bill to the owner of block  xxxxxxx it was send to your account.
