Does anybody recognise this invoice?

I have received what looks like an invoice to pay from Patronato de Recaudacion Provincial for 451.14 Euros. It states "Por la presente se le comunica, para su conocimiento, la liquidacion que ha sido noificada al sujeto pasivo dle Impuesto Sobre el Incremento de Valor de los Terrenos de naturaleza Urbana".

Has anyone got any idea what this is for, is is a one off or annual payment? It states the date the property was transferred from Ros Y Falcon i.e Fecha Devengo 2006-06-15

It is a tax called PLUSVALIA that have to pay person or builder transmiting a property so they only inform you about the cost of this tax payed by ros y falcon.you don´t have to pay anuthing concerning this tax.my english is not very good but i hope you understand my words.Luis.

We received the same bill and popped into RyF's office when we were over in the summer and were told that they were in the process of paying this and to ignore the bill.  We were told by Natalia when she was there that RyF would pay and it was nothing for us to worry about, but we wanted to be certain so spoke to RyF directly.

Your Escritura title deeds will normally state that the seller pays the plus valia tax in this case RyF.
