mail

Hi all

Can anyone tell us what happens to the mail.  I noticed last time I was out that the boxes were outside the supermarket but did not have numbers.  Are these in use yet or is the mail to be collected from some other place?

Hi,

For the present mail is collected from the temporary office on site as the post boxes haven't been allocated yet.

They will hold any mail  there until your back out. It's just a matter of calling regularly if your expecting something.

We were out last week end and I noticed that the mail boxes had started to be numbered.

They were up to garden 8.

So I assume they will be in use soon.

Can you please amplify on the mail collection from tempory office? we have been resident since end August and have to collect our mail from Alhama DeMurcia post Office and prove who we are.

Despite this we have some important mail missing since August.

All numbering has been completed and we have been told by a Director that Mail will be delivered to boxes within next two weeks?

However we have been told this every week since Mid September

If you wanted to send out some items in a parcel- where would that be likely to be held as that wouldnt fit in those post boxes? Haven't quite thought this through yet, but had been considering sending, in a parcel,   some of the bits and pieces I keep seeing in the UK but hold off buying because the weight restrictions for flying are so low..

Then again should I look at taking a package over in the hold when we next fly over?
