Footbal Mazarron vs Lorca B - Sunday 14th Dec

Mazarron Football Club are playing Lorca B at the Mazarron ground on Sunday 14th Dec at 12.30. Entrance is 10€ & Los Amigos de Mazarron (the ex-pats supporters club) are providing Cider, Mince Pies & Sausage Rolls. Maybe see you there.

Hi kathy,

You can go off some poeple sometimes, do not be encouraging our men to go watch football,  I am sure a lot of us get enought of that stupid game at home without having to put up with it when we are on holiday to.  I am also surpised that they sell unhealthy things like sausage rolls and Mince Pies.

It´s actually quite good fun - the amigos have their own shirts (team red), they sing all their favorite football songs in English & Spanish - it´s so funny watching the away team - they don´t  know what to make of the foreign supporters. Last year when they were in the higher division I even arranged a trip down the the Costa del Sol for them to see an away game.

Try it, you may find you like it.... and the mince pies too.

I watched a couple of games at the Irish bar in Camposal when last out.  It was 'ok' & very close to home.   Could do with a few options though.  I know there are a couple in Mazarron but have not got the chance to look them out yet.............maybe Ali could try to find some next week...........????

Simon is going to be very busy next week , putting up curtain poles and beds etc while I sit  relaxing after my three weeks of hard graft at WORK. Can't wait to get over there now that all our furniture has arrived.  Will get Si to give you a buzz sometime this week before we head out.
