Insurance

Hi

We completed on our 2 bed los naranjos property this week, now i need to get it insured especially before we furnish it but to be honest i do not have a clue where to start

could anybody please point me in the right direction and give me any advice on how/who to use. Are there websites like if i was insuring my home over here?

Hi

We took out our insurance throught Polaris its with Zurich not sure if it was the best deal but thought for this first year it would be best to go with names we were familar with, Next year we will do more research, there was just so much going on when we needed to make the decision.

Didn't you get the insurance papers from PW in the completion pack?

The PW insurance is through Zurich and is as good as anywhere else.

I INSURED WITH INTASURE AND I FOUND THEM VERY REASONABLE,PLUS MY INSURANCE AT HOME WAS DUE SO I WENT WITH THAM FOR THAT ALSO

To get the best deal definately go with intasure, they are used to dealing with Spain and are reasonable and easy to deal with. Andy.
