Pound and Property values falling - are you feeling trapped ?

Hi All

With the pound dropping like a stone, i guess many like me will be paying well over the odds for their apartment if completion happens in 2009. I wondered if we could use collective force for some adjustment to be made on the prices in our contracts as with euro changes and our property values reducing we are getting hit both ways, so im seriously considering pulling out.

Sadly, you have signed a contract for a purchase price in € and not £, PW will not adjust the price.  I have heard also that some Spanish banks are not offering mortgages in the current economic climate, it is not a good time to be completing with a mortgage
