Has anyone had either a valuation or an offer  for  a 2 bed 2 bath recently?

It will be very interesting to know the value plus what floor / block.

This has had many views but no input so I'm trying to start the ball rolling.  Back in April 2003  I was given a price list by the developer's sale team for blocks 7 & 8.

Here are the prices for that time based on what was available.

All prices in 000 Euro's excluding IVA.   Figures in brackets are square meters including Terrace.  These are 2 bed unless stated otherwise.

So does anyone have any  up-to-date comparisons?

I have inserted 3 sheets from 30/08/2006 pricelist. I think the developer put up the prices early in 2003/2004 time, then lower in 2005/6 time. If you can read the sheets you will some numbers in the right hand margin. This is where I calculated the change. I found that many prices but not all went to 92.8% of the previous value, a reduction of about 7%. (same figure as the IVA you can read something into this if you try hard) I did this some weeks ago and I don't have the previous sheet but I seem to think it was dated Jan 2005.
