Further to my last posting dated 09/01/09, I didnt wish to concern you but simply to raise the issue so that you may be better informed prior to your snagging, I can;t promise but during your snagging I might suggest you remove the cosmetic panels covering the installation points for your air-con and establish catorgoricaly that no electrics are installed. if this is the case then I would add this to you snagging list, by doing this Polaris may be more inclined to offer a solution as after successful snagging they are less likeley fropm experience.
In any event it is not the end of the world just a litle extra cost and hassle for your installer, I used gary at polarair in costa blanca, google will find them for you.
He was very good and offers aftercare services also. He can do the extra work for you. The wiring will not be on display, Polaris should have atleast left Pull through wiring to facilitate this, dont confuse the pull through wire with actual installation wiring.
Overall we were blown away by our apartment and the speed of the snagging, Only a few minor cosmetics to sort which took them a week to arrange and solve.
Shall be visiting next in February and hope to see even more progress, Please let me know how the facilities are coming on, in particular any bars/restaurants.
