rental mangement

hi all hope you are all well i take it by the response of my last  thread (NO 0NE) that no one is using   assest mangement

We are in Jardines 5 & no we are not using a management team. However its really down to what you want from them.

There are quite a few people doing Key holding & cleaning.

If its more a case of doing bookings.

I would imagine its quite easy for you to do it yourself if you have a decent computer.

One or two people have their own web sites & I am sure you will hear from them soon

If you want to doit your self & am not in to much of ahurry my hubby is going to write one for us, sorry cant give you a time scale . Though i`m hoping he will get itup and running by mid april.
