Letter for administrators/legal reps

Hi All, It has been reported on another site that HdT are challenging the Administrators report in court. Apparently they don`t have as much debt as has been quoted in the" Inform". Now this could be good news and we have a better chance of getting our money back! Or just another delaying tactic by this unscrupulous company. Cheers Joanniemac

I had a letter today out of the blue, from San Jose inversionnes..................in Spanish and with some amount of money listed on it, but a zero against interest.

I have whizzed it off to my lawyer to translate and report back

Anybody else had anything??

Hi Briando I have not had any thing from SJ .

Perhaps SJ  have decided you will not go away without  a fight and are determined to be heard and listened to they must know about you organising the letters etc .Not just another  yes man,prepared to listen to another load of lies like SARC.

I know someone who got their letter yesterday and they had it translated, it stated the amount owed to them by San Jose and it stated that they had a valid bank guarantee until their house was completed at Pinet. This is all i know at the moment, i have a letter to collect at the post office tomorrow and i am presuming it is also from the SJ/Administrators

Hi JA/MM, We are still here too, ain`t going anywhere without our cash. I  agree that some are  flagging, but we have to hang on in there, we cant let SJ/HdT  get away with theft! We are going over in July, we may decide to demonstrate outside their offices and demand our money back. Cheers Joanniemac

Yep, my letter was to identify the credit as ordinary and state the amount.  Its a move toward a resolution but its only a start, and its an indication the administration has woken up, turned over, and gone back to sleep again.

I urge you to read it and think for a day or so...................we need to have our concerns listed with these people i think.

Keith and i are still hanging in, just!!  It is just dragging on so and i am grateful for the updates on website. Spoke to our Solicitor and there was no update.

It has been there for months if not years .It is up to people placing ads to update and remove Justin has already said there is a problem as no one updates .I dont think it means anything . 2012 or never I think .How does the price compare  to current prices around Spain  ! Means nothing .

Just had a look at the property, it stirred up some emotions as we were going to buy an Azucena.

What is going on? Advertising a property from Jumilla. Does anyone know?
