I.V.A.

It occurs to me that we all at Amarion III together with tens of thousands others who have either paid deposits or made staged payments on unfinished buildings have all made payments PLUS I.V.A.

assuming that the builders initially have passed on the I.V.A. to the authorities are we not entitled to get back from the  authorities the I.V.A. element of the payments we have made via the builder?

why should the authorities benefit to keep our monies for buildings which we will never complete on?? 

If deposits were ever returned I would expect them to include the  I.V.A. or would that not be the case?

Can anyone throw any light on this?

do you think they have paid any iva ,   i dont

all we seem to have paid is the deposit and when i got onto them asking how much they had of my money they told me exactly they didnt mention any iva

but i exspect it could be different with some of you but i would be surprised

 We asked this question to our spanish solicitor who very politely said no chance or words to that effect,the spanish goverment have encouraged the building firms just like the british goverment have in developments in the UK to rake in massive tax revenues and are as guilty as the developers /builders in my mind in the taking of our money without recompence or regard
