Electricity and Water

Hi,

We completed on Los Naranjos in December 2008 and have been waiting for our water and electricity to be connected - we were told by PW to keep checking our bank account for the connection fees to be debited but we still haven't heard anything.  Can anyone tell us how long it was before your services were connected.

We where a bit unsure at first, it took 6 months to get the water meter connected, it has now been 8 months and we still are waiting for the electric to be connected, not sure if this is a good or bad thing we will just have to wait and see,hope tjhis helps.

Hi,

We completed in June last year on our two apartments in Jardin 12 - not sure when the water meters were connected, but one payment was taken from our bank in October, the other in December.  We still don't appear to have had the electricity meters connected.  Last time I asked, I was told that none of the apartments in Jardins 11, 12 and 13 had been connected. 

On that basis it could be several months before yours are connected, but in the meantime, just enjoy the free builder's supplies!!!
