Long term rental wanted

Hi all

CDA Services supplies furniture packs and garden furniture principally on Condado de Alhama.

We are extreemly busy and we need extra storage space on site to store furniture etc pending installation. We need to rent ground floor apartments on a fairly long term basis purley for storage.

We would not require electricity, water connections etc but we would need ground floor apartments for easy access.

If you are NOT thinking of furnishing or using your apartment this year or for 6 months etc, we can supply you with rental income for our storage needs.

Of course we are not offering the normal monthly rental rates for a furnished apartment but if you are doing nothing with your apartment for at least 6 months, why not contact us and we can at least provide some income for you.

The storage is purley boxes and we would leave the apartment exactly as we found it.

Just an added note.

The apartments will have to be near to entrance ways and located so as not to bother anybody living or renting nearby.

We would only be accessing the apartments for 30 minutes per day for example but we of course would not like to upset any residents.
