Not that I am interested in anything Almu has to say but I just wondered if it will take SARC the usual ridiculous 4 weeks or so to write up the drivel ? Perhaps if they tried bullet points and left out the usual "In our opinion " bit at the end they could manage it a bit quicker perhaps in three ! I hope their spell checker is working !

Why should we sick of such comments when they are factual.

Richard is actually a really nice genuine guy just someone who is, like us all, concerned and frustrated about getting his money back. He has always spoken good sense and therefore is not someone who would ever be persuaded by SARC logic. He probably just doesnt want to tune in for the bickering.
It is sad that it happens but SARC do tend to have that effect on people.

I am sorry but so far since Monday I have written 18 reports at work and 7 for the voluntary organisations I am involved in . SARC are shockingly slow .Makes you think it is not a straight forward account of what was said but a fabricated account to meet their own objectives . MM

Brian my last post was factual , What about the SARC report must it be at a snails pace can't Zebedee bounce something together a little quicker .As I said you are not fabricating a literary work just trying to formulate a factual report ie exactly what was said - or are you ? .
Are you waiting on Ermentrude's input to the " in our opinion " part to enable SARC to milk the report for all it is worth .

God only knows when Mr McHenry will finish the 18th hole and all this time poor Florence still thinks she is going to get her new house very very soon .

Hi All,
I have noticed that the usual suspects did not deride or mention the intersting parts of the report.
That SARC has asked for a discount for purchasers for several reasons.
That a bank is negotiating to finance SADM and have visited the site.
No purchaser has been given special creditor status ( If you know who, wants to argue the point, kindly provide some proof and not just a lot of whaffle/inuendo)
I could go on but I suggest that purchasers read the report for themselves and then dicuss it with thier legal representatives.
We are keeping in touch with HdT and converying the concerns and frustrations of purchasers.
I WANT MY HOUSE & A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL

What planet are you on? It is not down to the administrators or san jose to decide who has credit against the mass. It is down to the judge. What do you think we are all sat here waiting for???????????
Your report is full of rubbish and you are correct no-one has been given credit against the mass that I am aware of yet but that is what we have all asked the judge to consider. I understand the decision is coming very soon.
In the interim some solicitors have pressed for a resolution of contract without the credit against the mass and this has been agreed with interest. This means already that this means re-financing is very unlikely near impossible as no-one other than you wants their house.
Your comments about the spanish wanting their house is complete fiction. show us proof and I can show you hundreds of spniah people who have registered in the courts for their money to be retuirned
