I think I am right in saying that Palmera Properties are the sole agents for Block 5.
There has been alot of negative talk about Palmera Properties across many forums and I would just like to ask a few questions and get peoples opinions on the company. My main aim is that when it comes to completion time for Block 5 that we can put pressure on Palmera Properties as a group if there are any issues that need addressing.
- Has everyone contracted an independent solicitor or are some people going to go ahead with Palmera's in-house solicitor?
- Has anyone had any significant issues with the builders contracts?
- Did anyone get the furniture pack and white goods package written into their contacts or receive any formal correspondance relating to it?
- Has anyone any comments to make, good or bad, with their dealings with Palmera Properies in relation to Block 5?
