I have not as yet embarked on the legal route to attempt to get my money back. I am being told by the solictor who did my conveyancing it will cost around 10,000 euros, take a number of years with no guarantee of success. Will I be throwing good money after bad, what's everyone's experience so far?

Hi all, it's been a long time since I posted anything on here although must confess I do keep having a look to see what the mood is! One thing's for sure, the mood ain't great at the moment!
Well I was over there in early April. I met Jane and saw their "solicitor" and they told me that once the backer was in place then building would start in the summer! I asked them to forgive me if I doubted what they said but they didn't have a sense of humour. They also said if I didn't want to wait until the place was built then I could "apply" for a refund by sending them a "burofax". Some sort of legal document that we are suppsed to formally lodge with them. Then they said refunds would be made once the first properties were sold as they didn't have the money to repay to clients now!
I then spoke to some lawyers down there and they basically said "give us 400 euros to send a "burofax" and TH will put it on their pile! But my contract says they are clearly in breach so I could sue them and it'll cost 10,000 euros and about a year. "Oh and by the way, we're not sure if you'll get your money back as they are not financially secure!"
So what a predicament. I don't mean to preach to the converted but we are where we are. Now what do we do? I'm sure some are trying them on legally and others are holding on in hope if for no other reason as they're not keen on throwing another 10k at this. I'd very much like to hear who's doing what.

I sent the bureaufax, and you are 100% correct, it's in a pile with all the other ones they've received. My solicitor has sent several on behalf of other clients too. We got an acknowledgement from TH that it had been received but that's it.

The possibility of having our money back is impossible due to the actual
status of Trampolin Company.
We are fighting for a long time to obtain the land and the housing project
as a payment for the given money.
We have to be a big number to have strength enough and being able to obtain
it and that’s why we need you to join us in order to assert your rights
Many of you can’t travel here so we are redacting a document in order to
represent you in the negotiations. You have to sign it and include a copy of
your ID card.
This document won’t commit you in anything. It just allows us negotiating in
your name and if we win, you will be owner of a percentage of the housing
according to the previous contract you had with Trampolin.
We are fighting for our rights. There are no expected payments and if there
would be any in the future, you would be noticed and everything would be
explained in detail.
There is no hidden interest in this petition. We only want this to go ahead
in the benefit of all the affected buyers.
Soon we will send you the document that you can sign to allow us
representing you. Please, feel free to ask any question.

We all agree that the possibility of having our money back from the Trampolin Company is "impossible", but while there is still a chance of having our homes built, I prefer that to being stuck with a piece of useless land, which onbviously will cost money and a lot of effort to register, get plans and licenses and build on and which, since my home is an apartment, meens having to cooperative with a number of other buyers. Let's rather see if we can get our homes built by those who have already been paid for that, with competent help. And by the way, we are all buyers who just want to avoid loss; why should any buyer have "hidden interests"?

First of all I would like to introduce myself. My name is Guadalupe Sánchez. I am lawyer and managing director of the legal firm GM Legal Experts. We are representing 50 clients aprox who have already won an important case against Trampolín: the claim was file against Trampolín Hills Golf Resort and Solera El Trampolín as a group of companies, because we were aware that a claim just against Trampolin was a waste of time, and now the sentence has condemn both as a group, which means that Solera, which is not into liquidation and still own assest that haven't been seized yet, is also liable and must pay our clients their deposits back. This sentence is definitive (res iudicata) and has very important legal implications.
On the other hand, we are working on a claim to demand the Administration liability (against Campos del Río Council and the Murcia Regional Government). This claim has serious probabilities of success, especially if you bear in mind that the Administrative Court of Murcia has declared void the building planning approved by Campos del Rio Council for Trampolin resort, because the approval did not respected the legal procedure.
We invite every affected by Trampolín to join this claim. The fee we are requesting is really law considering the importancy of the case: 600 euros.
We are aware that there are other affected - platforms, but their aim is to build, which is more complicated now due to the above sentence from the Murcia Administrative Court.

We are fighting for recuperate the land (its value is high)and we are fightiing against Campos del Río Council and the Murcia Regional Government. Bit this way is very difficult and we will not see the money.

Please be informed that the Administrator appointed by the court in the meeting of creditors has already issued his report regarding Trampolin financing status and his proposal for the outcome of the meeting. He proposes to liquidate trampolin and states that the transfer of lands and assest to the creditors / affecteds cannot be accepted because is forbidden by the law. Obviously the creditors have 10 days to appeal, but the target of the associations or platforms who intended to get lands transferred in their names seems very complicated now, and my opinion is that they have a long legal way to walk with low guarantees of success.

The Civil Guard has arrested two persons for their alleged involvement in the alleged real estate scam committed in Trampolin Hills Golf Resort, as part of an investigation that has led to the arrest early in the morning, the president of the company, Antonio Martinez Gonzalez.
Sources close to the investigation reported that the three detainees are in units of the Corps, where they have taken their witness statement to incorporate the proper steps available to the examining magistrate.
Only has transpired so far, the identity of one of the detainees, Antonio Martinez, who happen tomorrow with the other two defendants available to the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 2 of Mula, who has ordered the arrests.
In this court they will instruct several lawsuits involving real estate fraud and breach of contract filed by various Spanish and foreign investors, who provided advance payments, and thereafter periodic payments for the purchase of homes that have not been recovered later.
The company Trampolin Hills, in a situation of bankruptcy since late 2009, promoted a development in the municipality of Campos del Rio 2,500 homes and other facilities such as golf courses, which has failed to materialize. Apparently, the arrest is related to the alleged irregularities in this development.
In addition, a court of contentious administrative of Murcia in March reversed the decision of the municipal corporation of Campos del Rio which reclassified lands as urban.
Trampolin Hills, The company was established in January 2005 with a capital of 3,000 euros, and thereafter launched an advertising campaign through the Internet and various real estate offices that managed the collection of Spanish and foreign clients, the latter in its Most of England and Ireland.
According to an order issued in November 2009 by the court of Mula, who has secretly ordered the summary,of Antonio Martinez and his partner Rafael Aguilera , who owns 50 percent of the company through the merchant "Solera el trampolin, SL, were reported by the buyers to find that the project was not being constructed.
