COMMUNITY FEES

Now that the meeting is over, when will be start to pay the community fees?  What do we do now?

I spoke to RPM yesterday and they said they would be taking money next week, saying that they have said this many times before, the payment will be for 3 months to start with.

RPM should be contacting all owners within the next week or so re fees, so I'd wait for the email to drop in your in box.

Regarding the back payment of fees, am I correct in assuming that people that completed last year need to pay the additional payments ie: from the date of actual completing.

If this is so, I guess I don't have any back payments to make as we only completed in March and only at the revises amounts....am I correct?

You only pay from the date of completion onwards.

Back payment upto Dec 2008 is at a reduced rate

Fees will be at the old budget rate from Jan to May then the new rate after the revised budget was approved last Saturday. We were told the back dated fees would be about 25€/month starting from one month after you completed for last year payments.

That's not bad I suppose.  I am still not sure how much my monthy fees are - so many different figures bandied about and reductions supposedly made recently.  Does anyone know how much a 2 bed apartment on Jardin 13 will be per month??  Thanks.

We have a two bed on Jardine 11.

I am pretty sure our monthly maint charge is around 73 euros.
