Penthouse air con

Has anyone been using their penthouse during a period of really warm weather and if so did you require the air con. We used the apartment at the end of April when it was around 22 - 25 degrees and found it very cool inside.

If you are asking if you are going to need aircon for the summer  months then I'm afraid you will- wish it were otherwise as its expensive to run, no matter what make you buy- and in the autumn, winter and spring you will need some heat. These apartments are not built to hold the heat as a traditional stone bulit house would and do not have the ultra thick walls that keep older properties cool. We may benefit from the breezes but our summers on CdA will be hot.
