Cajasol problems

Hello,

We have been having problems with Cajasol, and eventually have been told the developers mortgage has a minimum interest rate of 4.9% and a maximum interest rate of 14% !!! We were wondering if there was anyone else who has been told this ?

Also, we have not transferred funds to our account since we received the letter re: the account number change, has anyone used the new account number? Have you had any problems, I am a little worried, even though Marie Louisa in Cajasol has reassured me, my bank here was reluctant  for me to transfer funds as it seemed that my personal account number has been changed.

Just one more thing, Hamiltons/Elite property in La Cala seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth with our money and keys!!! Emails and phone calls no good, does anyone know are they still in La Cala ?

We have been told by cajasol that the mortgage rate will go down to 4.9% in August, no idea if there is a cap or not, don't like the thought of 14%, !!

We have enquired about paying off our mortgage, the minimum payment is 3000 euro's and you must write a letter stating whether you want the capital reduced or the amount of time remaining.  1% charge for part redemption or full redemtion.

We have been given alternative bank account details but no change in account number, oue monthly transfer still goes in under the old account details, apparently it changed for all who were non resident.
