Updated Polaris World Site

Not sure when they did this but they have updated the layout of their website at www.polarisworld.com They show the area previously earmarked for sports etc around Jardin 6/7 as a childrens paly area.  If you go to their rentals section you can see they are looking for €850 per week for a 2 bed apartment on La Torre for summer lets.  Also, on the site and, I suppose, they are referring to Condado as the 'jewel in the Polaris World crown'.  Lets hope the crown doesn't slip too far any time soon!!!

Just read the PWs description of Condado and it does sound magnificant. Heres hoping that everything they are saying will come to fruisition, the description really makes you want to buy.  As for the rental prices? I personally wouldn't pay that kind of money for self catering accommodation but I do suppose it depends on who you want to attract.  All in all PW have done a good marketing job, lets hope they can now finish what they are saying they'll provide.

The site has been changed for quite some time- infact I wasnt at first sure I'd logged onto PW or an agents site.

As for the prices my brother has been trying to book somewhere in Cornwall and a two bedroom apartment in Newquay is around £1100 in mid july and more for August- static caravans for 6 seem to be around £650-700 per week, cottages are unbelievable prices (pretty and stunning in decor though)- so Spain still comes out pretty well. Friends are staying in Cabo Riog in August , villa n pool   (7 miles from Torrieveija  edit- cant spell!) for £750 pw so probably PW resorts come out as quite good value as they have facilities.
