Tennis courts

Surely the biggest expense is the fact that they have been built where the spa area and swimming pools of the hotel should have been?  They overlook the signature hole of the golf course.

Furthermore I understood that Roda was meant to be a private exclusive resort. 

The building of this facility at htis time and in this position is very cynical IMO.

You cannot have a private exclusive golf resort in Spain as they rely heavily on the public playing the course amd using the facilities to continue in business as there will never be enough revenue generated from the owners

RODA was never marketed as a private owners only resort unlike claims made on other local developments and I believe that the only recent debate was on the barriers having to be left open 

Does that apply to the beach club also?

the beach club is open to the general public and not private and exclusive as marketed by calidona and its agents .

It was always understood that the golf course would be public access but one of the benefits of ownership on Roda was exclusive use of the beach club (a natural assumption thereafter was to assume that all of the other facilities would be exclusive to owners and their guests).  Indeed I was told that even owners of Corvera would not have access to Roda's beach club.

If its possible to back on this site and read the entries from 18 months or so ago , there was great uproar from corveras buyers who were told that they would defineately not be able to use the beach club as it was exclusively for use by roda residents and guests. I would not have a problem with other people using it (to help running costs) but i would be cross if i thought i couldent go because it was full of people from other resorts. So not sure what the answer is!

Hi has anyone got any photo of the new sport facilities ie the tennis and multi sport as i would like to put on our website and am not out until sept.
