As we are here permanently, untill our Quad is ready in Dec 07, we are available to carry out certain conveniences, should owners want the service. We can hold keys, provide home checks, maintain gardens,, and in some cases, offer an airport collection service...all for a reasonable cost. Knowing someone is keeping an eye on your property while you are absent, can give peace of mind, and if anything untoward should happen, you would be notified immediately, and your Spanish insurance company informed.
