The solicitors office in Puerto De Mazarron is called, 'Professional And Legal Solutions' or 'PALS',they're really easy to find (their office is on the left side of the road down into the Port,just down a bit from Barclays opposite the car park on the right and their contact number is 0034968595826, there are a couple of English girls who answer the phone when you call, I used them and they were ok, but as 'Jaydee' says, there might not be a real need for the hiring of a solicitor as the sales of these properties are taking place in the hundreds every Month or so, I just employed one as force of habit, but there might be a case of saving yourself 1300 Euros if you just 'wing it', as I know John De Toot and Sam D. Root didn't do so. (I'm not advising you not to employ one,but it could be a great saving if you decide not to,as the checks have already been done over and over) Regards. Geoff.
