On Monday this week 2 frogs had moved into the pool on phase1. We reported this to Patricia at the office and within 15 minutes both her and Felipe were at our house. We explained the situation to them both and next morning the previous company that had been maintaining the pools was onsite adding the necessary chemicals to address the problem of green water. I can now report that the water is now turning from the unpleasant green to the more normal (clear) colour, not complete yet but getting there. Felipe also stated that people had been interferring with the controls on the pumping station to the pool; this has occcurred, unfortunately there are too many people who think they are experts but have instead caused more problems. Peinsa are still awaiting a licence for the pool on phase1 which means the pool should not be being used but of course we all will use it when it is clean and safe. I understand there was another meeting with Pulpi reference the licence this week.
As to setting up a community, not really an option at this time as I for one will not entertain paying any community charges until phase one is fully complete all repairs carried out and licenced. Curious to know how we arrange a meeting when I appear to be the only full time resident on Phase one all other owners just pop in for a week or two. August will of course be busy, all the spanish owners will be in residence; I'm also sure that the pool will be pristine condition by then.
