i do not personally know Gary

but would like to add

that i had a few negatives on this forum, from 3 people i never moved

ALL I CAN SAY IS EVERY TIME I  AM ON CONDADO I SEE HIS VAN

all over the complex and i am there every 11/12 days

and saw it   last just as i left

and hope he has no one trying to give him negatives

its a sad world (if some one is trying to discredit him

as i know from experiance

i will check next week when i am out

is that i saw Garys Van last trip out as i do every trip

and not in any way connected

just saying what i saw

as i in the past had people  i gave work to

tell my customers i no longer did work in the UK

and i recommend they do it (untrue)

If you've got water running down your walls I suggest you contact PW as it could be a problem with their pre-installation. We've just returned and had the same problem...

Called Gary and he said it was the pre-install. Contacted PW who said they wanted Gary there if possible when they checked it. Gary came for the appointment and PW agreed it was their problem. They fixed it over next couple of days. Gary provided good service above what one might expect as it wasn't a problem he'd caused.

He was on-site everyday and very busy by the look of it.

hi nozzer i fully understand whet you are saying,but i can also say that i dont have any connection to any company and i originally employed gary based on reccomendations on eos which after all thats what the forum is for,however he has left me with aircon that doesnt work and is ignoring requests for help which peop[e thinking of having aircon fitted should know about

 Nozzer - we have been very happy with Gary's service and installation but in the last week he is no where to be seen (circa 1st Aug onwards)...not just phone ringing out - it is switched off/disconnected...I will pick up on the theme of being a "cynic" and if I was running a business when most customers are testing the installed units in peak season...or looking for new installation on La Isla I would not turn my phone off without good reason and at least letting a number of people know.....and to be honest I could think of half a dozen people in the "CdA mafia" who could get a decent word around and I know gary would know them too!

Dominik - I strongly advise you to contact Gary or Steve (whoever answers your call) and get them to look at your water leakage...we have two apartments with the same problem...we contacted Gary for one (and he advised to speak to PW who have since fixed it and is pre install issue) and Steve for the other (after Gary was unavailable) and Steve fixed that as an installation issue.......

I really don't get this at all....quite simply do one of two things...(1) need to fix things urgently if you have limited time in spain (call Gary or Steve and see who responds) ........(2) or simply wait for Gary........if Gary is simply visiting Uk and unavailable, Steve will just pick up the temporary work and Gary will not have to do these short term fixes (and no income jobs) on his return whilst maintaining his order book.......Steve will not "win" in this scenario....alternatively Steve may actually keep your show on the road.....and fair play to him for collecting Gary's s*** if it's the case....and if Gary is unavailable don't transfer money to him until you contact him again....makes perfect sense to me...

He is deffinately still trading................He has deffinately returned to the UK and does not intend to return soon.
